Flat rate shipping of $9.95 Australia wide via Australia Post.

Skin Mantra do not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia.

All orders are posted with a tracking number and will be emailed to you after posting. (so you can follow your order from Skin Mantra to you).

To track your order go to and enter the tracking number supplied.

Signature on receipt is required.

We try super hard to get your order out ASAP and if possible will post same day if ordered by 10am Monday-Friday.  Orders placed after 10am or on weekends will be delivered on the next business day.  (as we know you will want to get your goodies as soon as possible).

Due to the extra heavy load of mail during peak times such as Christmas and public holidays, we will still post as quickly as possible. Understandably postage may be slower in those seasons.

We love to recycle as much packaging as possible to save our beautiful environment.

Reasons must be deemed as legitimate for refund.

When sending back your product  we suggest that you send them with a tracking number and register the parcel to ensure that it will not be lost, damaged and misplaced during transit. We cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged parcels if you have chosen not to register or insure your return parcel.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Include your original order number to make it easy to track your payment and issue an applicable refund.
Please keep a note of your tracking number when returning any items.

We try every effort to make sure your order arrives perfectly but understand that it is normal for your package to show some wear over it’s journey.  If your products have been damages please contact us at (hello at and we will be happy to resolve your issues.

Allow 3-7 days after we have received your returned package to ensure we deem the goods to be faulty.

If we haven’t yet despatched your order we are happy to cancel your order and refund you. If your order has been sent we sadly cannot cancel it for you.
